Terms of Payment:

All bookings must be paid for in advance when the reservation is made. Payment must be made online via Visa, MasterCard, DebitCard or Internet Banking Fund Transfer.

Other CreditCard are not accepted. There are no payment fees.

Terms of Cancellation:

Cancellation will be accepted by no later than 12-noon on the day prior to arrival. If the booking comprises more than one room with different arrival dates, the deadline for cancellation is 12-noon on the day prior to the earliest arrival date. Please note that it is not possible to cancel only part of the booking. The cancellation applies to every room included in the booking.

In order to obtain a refund for the prepaid amount, the cancellation must be made online via our website. The prepaid amount will therefore not be refunded automatically if the cancellation is made by phone, email, and letter or otherwise.

Bookings may be cancelled at our webpage. Please enter your booking number and the email address used to make the booking. You can find the booking number in the booking confirmation sent to you by email. If the terms of cancellation have been met, we will refund the full amount for the entire booking to the payment card used to make the booking. The amount will be refunded within 1-8days after cancellation.

In case of cancellation later than 12-noon prior to arrival or in case of a “no-show” the full amount for the booking must be paid regardless of whether the reservation is used in full or in part.

Arrival and Departure:

The room/rooms is/are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is no longer than 12pm on the day of departure. If check-out takes place later than 12pm on the day of departure, the customer will be charged for an additional night’s stay.

Liability for Compensation:

In cases of force majeure or other extraordinary circumstances beyond P.J-Luxe’s control – Including fore, water damage, strike/lockout, breakdown in telephony/data connections or other technical failures – Luxe is entitled to cancel bookings without prior warning and at no liability.

Luxe liability for compensation cannot, regardless of cause, exceed the total price of the booking, and any compensation will not cover indirect losses, such as loss of profits, transport and travel expenses. Similarly, Luxe is not liable for expenses relating to alternative accommodation. Luxe is not liable for lost or stolen property or luggage in the room or at the hotel in general, including in connection with the use of luggage rooms and/or luggage boxes.

Lost and Found: Items that have been forgotten or left behind in the room or at the hotel will be kept for a maximum of three (3) months after departure. It is possible to have objects forwarded to you for a shipping and handling fee (RM30 around Malaysia and RM50 for overseas) plus any postage or transport costs. Items will only be forwarded against prepayment of the fee plus postage, and they cannot be sent COD.


It is not possible to reserve a parking space. Reserving a parking space in connection with a booking is considered a request that Luxe will do its best to fulfil. Parking is at the owner of the vehicle’s own account and risk. Luxe is not liable for vandalism or theft of or from parked vehicles.

The open-space parking around Luxe is of the public facilities. The owner of the vehicle are to purchase parking tokens from the provided facility. The current public parking rate is RM0.60 per hour, maximum daily rate is RM5.00. The public parking is chargeable daily form 8:30am till 6:30pm excluding public holidays and weekends.


Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis between 9:30am till 4:30pm. If it is not possible to clean the room due to luggage or other object belonging to the guest, Luxe is entitled to refrain from cleaning the room on the day in question. Towels are changed on a dialy basis as needed. For stay of longer than 3 days, bed linen is changed as needed.

Smoking and other prohibitions:

All Luxe rooms are smoking rooms. However, smoking is prohibited in all indoor public area including the Lobby, Luxe Bistro, Corridors.

Young people under 18 cannot stay at the hotel without being accompanied by an adult. It is not allowed o bring animals to the hotel.

Use of email address for newsletters and promotional material:

Luxe is entitled to use the email address used to make the booking to issue e-newsletters and promotional materials. Luxe will only promote its own products.

The customer may at anytime request to be removed from the mailing list and to no longer receive newsletters and promotional materials by email. Requests for removal from the mailing list can be sent by email to ; please state the email address to be deleted from the mailing list. Removal can also take place via the link found at the bottom of all newsletters and promotional materials.
